Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items with original tags attached into the shipping mailer and affix the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
